How to use Ringmaster Cloud
Guides for everyone — from joining a room as part of the crowd to driving a full broadcast-grade light show from the operator console.
For participants
You don't need an account or an app — just a room code. Here's everything you do as part of the crowd.
Operator basics
Drive the room from the operator console: push colours, build sequences, run playback, draw winners and brand the room.
Getting started as an operator
Sign in, open a room and find your way around the operator console.
Easy Mode colours
Push a flat colour to every screen instantly, and manage your swatches.
Sequences overview
Understand colour modes and how to create, duplicate and organise sequences.
Playback & live data
Run sequences at show time and drive live variables, timers and polls.
Running a prize draw
Set a draw time, filter entries and pick winners from the active crowd.
Geofencing a room
Restrict a room to a physical venue with a location radius.
Room logo & branding
Upload a logo that shows on participant screens while the room is idle.
Advanced operators
Go deeper: the multi-track timeline, keyframe animation, the layered stage, live data layers, studio outputs, MIDI and external data.
The timeline editor
Build multi-track shows with colour clips, audio reference and command markers.
Keyframe animation
Animate any layer property over time with keyframes, easing and the curve editor — plus the full keyboard shortcut set.
Stage & layers
Compose text, images, timers and polls on a responsive 1920×1080 stage.
Variables, timers & polls
Drive live, changing values onto the stage without re-sending a scene.
Studio views & MIDI
Route output to capture feeds and drive a lighting desk over MIDI.
The API Bridge
Pull external data into the room to feed live variables and tables.
Connect a YouTube Brand Channel
Create a Google app, authorise it, and link a YouTube Brand Channel so the API Bridge can read live chat and channel data.
