Drive live, changing values onto the stage without re-sending a scene.
Variables
Define room-wide variables (number, text or table) and reference them in text layers with [VariableName]. At render time GLOstiq substitutes the live value, so updating the variable updates every screen instantly.
Renaming a variable updates all the places that reference it.
Table variables hold rows with custom columns and per-row images — handy for driving live image layers.
Edit values live from the Live view's Workspaces tab. See Playback & live data.
The workspace canvas
The Live view's Workspaces tab is your show-time dashboard: arrange variable cards, tables, labels and sequence tiles in Design mode, then drive everything in Operate mode. It's an infinite surface — pan and zoom to lay it out however you like (the view is remembered per room).
A room can have several named workspaces — tabs above the canvas. Double-click a tab to rename, + to add; deleting one removes only the arrangement, never the variables or sequences on it.
Trays are per workspace, so the same variable, table or sequence can be placed on more than one workspace.
Sequence tiles make the workspaces the Live view's playback surface too — see Playback & live data.
Scrolls the table (never the canvas)

Zoom about the centre
Remove selected cards from the canvas (Design mode)
Linking two tables
Bind two table variables so their selections mirror — pick the player in row 3 of the home squad and row 3 of the away squad is picked too, in the same lineup slot. Every action mirrors: single picks, queue and dequeue, Replace, All, None and reordering.
In Design mode, find the table's output port (the filled dot at its bottom-right).
Drag from the output port — a bright wire follows your cursor — and drop it anywhere on the other table. That creates a one-way link in that direction.
For a two-way mirror, drag a second wire back the other way (the other table's output onto the first).
To remove a link, click its wire (it turns yellow) and press Backspace.
Mirroring is row-for-row by table position — keep both tables in the same order (e.g. both squads listed by jersey number).
Linked tables also scroll together, so the same positions stay side by side on screen.
In Operate mode the wires stay visible but faded, and each output port becomes an on/off switch — click it to pause that table's outgoing mirroring mid-show (the wire goes dashed grey) and click again to resume.
Tip
Classic use: two rugby squad tables. Cross-link them both ways, put both on the canvas, and picking either team's player keeps both lineups in lockstep — flip an output port off when you need to move just one side.
Timers
Create timers and drop them on the stage as timer layers (or via [TimerName] in text). Types include stopwatch, countdown, count up from / down to an instant, and milestone (count down to a date, then up after).
Formats: ss, mm:ss, hh:mm:ss, h:mm:ss.
Start, stop, reset and nudge timers live; they tick on the synced clock so every screen agrees.
Polls
Create a question with up to four options in the poll library.
Set it as the active question for the room.
Add a poll layer to a sequence to show live bars, or a results layer for the final tally.
Watch votes aggregate live; reset votes to run it again.
